Online Banking - Update Admin
Changing the Admins only depends on who is on the Mandate.
It does not require the previous Admins to be present.

Update the Mandate
Updating the mandate no longer requires the previous committee.

Apply for the Change

Business On Line Customer Number- Can be found online if you have access to online still (if ye have one active online person)

Get Started
Click on Make changes to your Administrator details.

Update your Administrator details

Enter in the New Admin details
- For mobile number remove the leading
0from Irish numbers.

Enter in the details of the folks on the mandate.
Chairperson is shown as an example.

Approving the Change
Details Needed for this stage
Each mandate holder will need access to their email account as well as these documents/photos.
- A photo of your Passport or Driving Licence
- A selfie of you holding that ID
- A photo of your signature
- They specify that it should be done on a blank piece of paper (no lines).
Waiting for a response
The bank will review the supplied information.
The people on the mandate who had their contact details filled in above will get an initial response such as the one below.

Sign the approval form
Once it is approved then the people on the mandate will get a message like this:

The start of that form will look like this.
You will basically be giving your approval for the changes to th eAdmins.
This is where you upload the images of your ID, selfie and signature as outlined in the requirements.

Set up the new Admin(s)
Details Needed for this stage
- Everything from applying for the change
Account number- This can be found on the bank statements.
Admin 1 Phone number- If changing
Admin 1I am unsure if this is the previous phone number or the current one.
- If changing
Admin Account ID- This is the account ID that you log in as an admin.
- During the phonecall you might be able to obtain this.
- Existing user ID (personal) of an admin.
- Not 100% sure if this is the one you are replacing or one that is staying on.
- Each admin should know their personal details.
- Both Admins are recommended to be beside each other as it makes the process easier.
- Both admins need to generate a passcode to access the admin account.
Phone call reminders
- Quiet room.
- They will request that you are not on speakerphone or in a busy area.
- POLITENESS
- This step involves making phonecalls, being polite helps immensely here.
- They can make it far more painful for ye.
Get temp Password
Each (new) admin has to phone the BOL Helpdesk to request a temporary password.
If you are only changing one admin the existing one does not need to get a temporary password, you can use your existing code generator.
The operator will ask for some of the info listed above in the requirements above.
If successful they will give a passcode using NATO phonetic alphabet.
If they ask for more than this please inform Computer Society.
Login as Admin
Each admin must have a device they can install the Approve App onto.

Only changing one Admin
The user who received the temporary password starts the sign in process at
https://www.businessonline-boi.com/WebUI/login-flow.html
using the Admin Account ID and the password they received.
The second admin either generates a code using their approve app or by using the temporary code they got.
They will be directed to set up the approve app, if you see the screen below then you are successful.

Changing Both
Please refer to Only changing one Admin above, and do it twice.
Since the codes are single use the second admin to setup may have to request another code via Get temp Password (NB: not 100% sure of this).

It is highly recommended that any information in the Details Needed for this stage sections that is not personal information in the Treasuerer/President handover documents.
