Minecraft

We host many minecraft servers on Skynet, here you will learn how to join it the Comp Soc server.

Discord Linking

Before joining you have to link your microsoft account in our discord server.
https://discord.skynet.ie

1. Go to Welcome-Public -> 🤖join-us and enter:
   /wolves link_minecraft
2. Enter your minecraft username and it should connect

Java

26.1 version and below should work

1. Launch Minecraft
2. Multiplayer
3. Add Server
4. Server name can be anyname you choose
5. Server address is: minecraft.compsoc.games.skynet.ie.
6. Join!

Bedrock

1. Should be the same steps as Java
2. IP is 193.1.99.91 and the port is 19132.
3. Server address is: minecraft.compsoc.games.skynet.ie.

Mods

Here is a list of some other mods you can use on the server:

• Beenfo has server-side support for full functionality;
• Item Swapper is explicitly allowed; we mention this as some servers might consider usage of such mods cheating;
• Same rule applies for Inventory Profiles Next or similar mods.

Client-Side Mods

Client-Side mods and shaders can be used because they are running locally on your device and not on Skynet.
